I've wanted to cosplay Pyramid Head for a while, and he was originally meant to be done for Katsucon 2007, but I didn't have the time. Then came along AnimeNEXT and I realized I didn't have anything for most of Saturday to wear, so I made Pyramid Head.

I'm quite proud of it since this is one costume I made with my own hands, for once. The helmet is made out of simply cardboard and duct tape. The same thing for the Great Knife, with the handle just a simple piece of wood that's glued to the respective pieces.

Why Game Pyramid Head? Even though I really like his movie design, it's pretty overdone, so I figured I'd go with the original outfit.
