Created on a whim when I found the perfect "tunic" at Walmart -- it's a plus-sized ladies' bathing suit cover, as are the pants. They're actually completely translucent so beneath the gauzy pants are a pair of white cargo pants I wear normally and beneath the top is a white camisole.

Technically, it's only about 95% complete because I need three or four more big, gaudy necklaces for true accuracy.
