The Burmecian Soldier with the dislike of the lazy Cleyrans, from Final Fantasy IX. Just like Sir Fratley Irontail, this costume was also done completely by hand, and started after ALA 2006. Completed & debuted at Anime Expo 2006, in the Masquerade.
