I'd say this is Harley v.1. Most of it was very last minute. I need to make the collar tighter and I need to make a new mask. I literally made the mask in the hotel room before wearing the costume!

I guess this is really just a closet cosplay. Only a few things were purchased (black hair spray, and the studded collar). It's simple, but it was fun.
