I had been intending on making this costume since early 2005, and I finally got to it in late 2008. =P YAY! For no giant pile of blue fabric! I based it off of the manga design.

I finally got around to completely remaking this costume. YAY! Nothing remained of the previous versions this time around. Same fabric for the cape, but I ripped apart the old one and re-cut the pieces and re-sewed it. So that is technically new too.
