I am so excited, I can't stand it. After careful planning and consideration, I finally went out to the fabric store today and looked for a pattern for Mello's Jacket. I had the silliest grin on my face as I flipped through the pages of the magazines. At first, I thought that finding a jacket with a hood would be a piece of cake... Until I realized that EVERY SINGLE JACKET that I saw were for women only. They didn't have hoods on them, plus they were too classy to even be considered to modify into a Mello-like jacket. I was starting to get frustrated until I flipped through the last magazine. Then I saw it! SQUEE!

It's nice, long, and has a big hood just like I wanted. It's going to be modified so I can put a zipper in it and I'll have to change the fabric because it's supposed to be one of those tacky fleece coats, but that's not that much. My mom also had a good friend that is really good at sewing and she might be able to help me for a commission. I am so happy, I can't help it. Now all I need to do is safe enough money for some fabric... then I need to decide what kind I'll need. I know that I'm going to need that fuzzy wuzzy furry fabric for the inside. If you all don't already know, I'm making the red jacket that Mello wears. I like that one. :^)

I can't wait. I hope that my mom's friend can do it. It'll safe me a lot of stress. I'll be crossing my fingers!
