With AFO quickly approaching, i've been furiously working on the remaining 3 scout costumes: Mars, Pluto, and Saturn...

This comes with a bittersweet revelation: my friend who was supposed to cosplay as moon will most likely not be able to attend, so for one more year, I am without a moon...I guess it's back to telling people we killed her lol

so with one less complete outfit to make, my stress level went down greatly. and then the tiaras came in, more points off my stress meter.

so it seems that this once seemingly doomed group cosplay might be running smoothly *knocks on wood*

PROS
i've avoided a seizure over the tiaras
i've managed one 'i told you so' by way of pluto's boots not fitting
i've learned a new skill by way of boot covering
saturn's boots kick major hiney

CONS
the front bows keep getting smaller as i make them, but its ok...hopefully...
i haven't gotten the boots or the wig i need to cover/dye from my pluto
and hopefully her skirt fits this time

all that being said...it should be a pretty fun time
