I'm definitely going to A-Kon 20 next year, and there's a really, really good chance I'll go to the El Paso Anime Convention as well. I'm planning a variety of costumes for each, especially for A-Kon. Most of the A-Kon costumes will be partner cosplays with my friend who'll be going with me.

A-Kon Cosplays:
-Agito Wanijima (Air Gear) - Confirmed, I'll definitely spend quite a lot of time cosplaying Agito, with my friend being my Akito.
-L Lawliet (Death Note) - This is also confirmed, although I'm not sure if I get to be L or if my friend is going to be L and I'll do Light. Either way, there'll be an L and a Light, chained together.
-Kaoru Hitachin (Ouran Host Club) - My friend still hasn't seen Ouran, but I'm going to make her like it so she'll cosplay as Hikaru for me. This one isn't confirmed yet.
-Wedding Dress Agito (Air Gear) - I SO want to do this, but it looks difficult. If I do decide to do it, it'll be sometime next spring before I put it together.
-Mello (Death Note) - I may do Mello and have my friend be Matt. We were talking about it, and we both think they'd be fun cosplays to do, but each cosplay we do drains $50+ from our wallets... If we don't do Mello and Matt for A-Kon, I'll do Mello for EPAC.

EPAC Cosplays:
-Mello (Death Note) - See above. I'll probably end up doing him for both cons, but definitely this one.

Cosplays that I'd love to do but may not/Don't know which con I'd do them for:
-Hei (Darker Than Black) - I'd love to cosplay Hei, but he has a distinctly Asian look, which I really don't. He's also pretty much the only guy that I've considered cosplaying that isn't quite feminine. So, basically, I don't know if I can pull him off, but I'd really like to. If I must, I could just wear the mask all the time. Stuffy, but effective.
-Asuka-yellow sundress (Evangelion) - I've wanted to do this cosplay for a while, but I never got the time. It'd be really easy for me to do, considering I already have red hair. I'd just need the dress...
-Mitsuru (Persona 3) - I'd actually like to cosplay Mitsuru for a con, but I'd need to clean up the outfit a lot before I decided to.
Rhyme (The World Ends With You) - I'd rather do a few other characters from TWEWY instead, but can't for various reasons. I like Rhyme though, she's very cute. I wouldn't mind cosplaying as her.
-Agito-all the other outfits he wears, lol (Air Gear) - Making a lot of Agito outfits and just being various forms of him for A-Kon might end up happening. It'd probably be 1)orange straightjacket (already done) 2)wedding dress (hope to do) 3)Kogarasumaru outfit 4)school uniform 5)froggy jacket. I love Agito. XD
-Rin/Isuzu Sohma (Fruits Basket) - She's my favorite female character from Fruits Basket, and I think she'd be fun to cosplay. Probably not going to happen, but you never know.
-Elizabeth (Persona 3) - I already have a dress that's very close to what she wears. It'd just need a little bit of editing.
-Kousuke (Spiral) - I'd love to cosplay Kousuke, but he's another that I'm not quite sure if I could pull off...

We'll be looking at probably 3-5 cosplays for A-Kon, and 3 different ones for EPAC, if all goes well. I just have to decide on what to do...
