A few awesome cosplay updates for all of you people out here on Cosplay.com...
I am happy to announce that Jerome may, in fact, be completed by Otakon! I just need a time frame from koisnake, who is constructing the foam base for the head, I need to borrow my aunt's sewing machine, and I need to get my ass to JoAnn fabrics so I can get everything else I need. Sadly, the fur I bought was not enough for all of Jerome, so his paws and feet will be constructed from el cheapo crap-fur from JoAnns until after Otakon.
You will see Oiroke no Jutsu Rock Lee strutting his/her stuff (yet again) this year, although once I get that sewing machine up and running, the cosplay will have quite a few revamps and, surprise, I need to take in the seams! I may be re-doing the skirt entirely and the tube top will be shorter and more shapely.
My third costume is still to be announced! I have quite a few last-minute options, most of them involving puppy ears and a tail. If Jerome is comfortable in the heat of Baltimore, though, he will be roaming around a second day. So, for all of you Ginga Densetsu Weed and furry fans, I hope to see you there!
