Otakon 2009 has come and gone and it was so much fun cosplaying as Maya Fey. Had an odd assortment of people who commented throughout the con that they liked the costume, but didn't know who I was and had never played Phoenx Wright 0_0; I guess the series is too old? Or maybe I should focus on anime-only characters from now on. Although hardly anyone recognized my Enma Ai costume last year (which I haven't posted yet) so I guess I need to pick the middle of the road for animes, not too old and not too new.

Aside from the costume itself, the band I'm in, Armadillo Tank, played a great show in the Jamspace room on Saturday, we really brought in the crowd with our Final Fantasy Mystic Quest Battle cover Really looking forward to our next couple shows in August.
