I have been really thinking about how to get the hair just right for my cosplay of Evey Hammond in the pink skirt/call girl outfit. Her hair is in high pigtails that are tightly spiral curled. My hair is somewhat thin and I am not sure I will be able to pull this look off. I know I'll need a small barrel curling iron and about a ton and a half of hairspray. Does anybody have any suggestions or comments on how to do this look?

Based on your photo you have very nice straight hair, so if you have trouble doing the high pigtails you can do "Evey Hammond hair down" and just add pink bows to your straight hair.
