Well I am finally starting a Cosplay Journal and it's on a big project. Wing Zero Custom

I have already started construction of the helmet a few weeks ago and I am about 40% finished with the base helmet without the decals. The first draft will be made of layered cardboard and the final Design will be Industiral Grade PVC Plastics. I will be using a hardening agent on the cardboard so it will feel like plastic so I can use those for the plastic cast molds.

So far I have only been using photos of Wing Zero's helmet as a reference but I have a Perfect Grade Model on it's way so I can get a much better look at the helmet and the rest of the suit. I am hoping to get this finished for Anime Detour 2010 in April but time will tell on which version I will have complete.

I will be updating this as often as I can so we will keep you updated later.
