Well, since this seems to be the only place ALL the people from my cosplay group are at, I decided it would be a good idea to set up camp here and use this as our base of operations. I'm linking this and any other future journals to my Midna cosplay because technically this has to do with it since that's who I'm going as to AX 2010! And our Zelda cosplays will no doubt come up in the discussion at some point or another.

And since I'm such an organization nut, I'll have one topic per journal--just suffer guys.

These journals are really only going to be for Seifer, Xellos, Kelc, Eric, Solo and myself, but if anyone else wishes to, they're more than welcome to comment if they so like.

Ok! So, I think the first topic of discussion should be meeting arrangements!

So first, I was thinking--if it was at all possible--perhaps you guys could come down a few days early (before Day 0) because, a) it would take a huge load of stress off of you all from driving so far. b) we could possibly get in some early photoshoot time (I'm gonna scout around for some good places I have ideas for when I visit my friend.)

And my second thought was, if you came down early, you guys could all stay at my place--since I only live about an hour and a half away from the con and that way you can leave multiple cars here and any extra stuff you don't wanna carry around and we won't be rushing to the con like you would be if you drove straight from Montague.

I thought this would be a good plan, since I'm not gonna stay at my roommate's place that I visit every year, right before AX this time (I'm visiting her a week earlier.) And Xellos is already coming down early to begin with.... And even though we're gonna be in seperate rooms, we're still all gonna be at the Westin and we're all still gonna park in the same place.

So what do you guys think? Yay or Nay?

EDIT: Another idea just came to me: IF it's ok with Xellos and he has his new place by then, I thought maybe, if my grandmother is still wigging out over all you guys being at my place, all us girls could stay at my house and the boys could stay at Xellos'. What do you think?

EDIT 2: Leave comments on here guys--please. I'm writing these journals so all of us can see what's going on and if you all are telling me specifically (either PMing or through messenger) what you think, then I have to relay it to each indvidual person in turn, which creates way more work for me. The comments weren't working before, but they should be now, so start using them! =P
