1) Gun is finished.
2) Went to GuardianTerra/Caroline's apartment to work on the shirt. It fits me a LOT better, and it now has poofy sleeves too! Wasn't able to finish it, though. She wasn't feeling well, so I left early.
3) I might reuse the top hat that I bought for my unfinished Columbia (Rocky Horror) cosplay. I have a bunch of that crappy cotton gauze fabric left over from Colonel Cotana (Awesome Rangers), and I can't use it to sew anything. If I can get more gears, it might work fairly well.
4) Petticoat has been trimmed, so it shouldn't drag on the floor or show under my skirt anymore.
5) I'm tempted to bring my dagger as a prop. I'd have to have it peace-bound, since it's live steel. But I don't want to bring any more stuff to the con than necessary.
