I have actually begun cutting out the fabric for the suit. I'm hoping it won't be too hard to modify it so the lapels are longer. The pattern is going to be perfect for the blue or brown suit, but for the tux it needs a few changes. I'm hoping to get more of it done tonight. It'd be nice if I could get everything cut out for at least the jacket by this weekend. If I can't get to the pants in time, I'm not going to worry. I've got a couple of pair of black pants that would work. I'd just like it all to be the same fabric. Although the pants shouldn't be that hard to do. Especially if I only do one back pocket (I'll need to have my wallet on me somehow).
I won't have the wig in time for Halloween though. I don't know when it's getting shipped or when it will arrive. Even if it were waiting for me when I got home tonight, I'd still have to run off reference pics and get it to my friend and then she'd have to have time to style it.
Oh well. Hopefully I'll be able to post that it's done soon and pictures will be up after Halloween. I don't want to take any chances of my friends or fiance seeing it before then. I'm even tempted to take the costume with me and change there so I can suprise everyone at once.
