well ill try my hardest on this one.... well first off... im not sure what we can do but binding isn't that bad... try to use something like and ace wrap or one of those really big medical tape thingys then use duct tape or something to hold it. um... im not sure how much help i can be about the hair but i think that if you use a WHOLE LOT OF GEL then u'll be fine or go to a stylelist and ask for tips or something cause i know that asking them might be werid i mean i've been constantly stared at but hey make friends with a styleist and u know what next time you go over there and ask and ppl stare at you be like "AT LEAST MY COSPLAY HAIR WONT LOOK AS CRAPPY AS UR'S WILL!!!" i did that and got yelled at my my mom but you know what i laughed so hard after wards! have fun i hope i helped... hey can you try to help me? im trying to do a casual sailor scouts thingy at school and well we decided were at school... so lets not try to make us so terribly noticeable so i was wondering to you have any tips on how i could work on this with the smallest budget you can imagine of its only like 10 to 15 bucks we are very poor ppl so if you can help me as much as possible please help

You can use Got 2 B Glued hairspray. It works really well. You can get s chest brace if an ace bandage doesn't work. I'm also trying to get to NYAF with my friends as KH people. :} Jynxx 072, you can try and get the main items at places like good will or the outlet. If you look hard you can actually find some amazing things for cosplay there.
