YES I AM ALIVE. Hard to believe, right? I know.

But, NYAF was this past weekend. I have my pictures up. Pretty lame gallery, I'm in most of my pictures. NYAF is so not my con. I'm more of an AnimeNEXT type of girl, myself. If you're in any of my photos, say so...You can use them if you want. Or I can credit you for being in it, or whatever. (I really don't know. At this point, I'm just rambling.)

I did debut my Country/Ending dress C.C.. It is so not accuarte, I know. I know. It was a quicky, closet cosplay. I know, I said I'd cosplay Taiwan, but I changed my mind, but it slipped my mind to make a post/journal about it. Sorry.

That's really all I have. NYAF was fun, it was. But I'm quite looking forward to AnimeNEXT.

C.C. Artbook kimono! Yes, I am finished!

Wow, that didn't take too long.

Yeah, I know.

Must be awesome then, huh?

It is! BUT! I must confess...It's not "completely" accurate.

Well, what do I mean?

*The Original Outfit*

-Is a black kimono with red, bird-shaped details.
-Has a yellow obi with red, green, and lime, banana shaped details.
-Has an under kimono.
-Is lined in pink.
-The obi is lined in purple.

*My Outfit*

-Is black with red, flower-like details.
-Has a golden-y obi. Just golden-y. Nothing else.
-Has no under kimono. (No fabric...)
-Has no lining. (Scandalous! I know.)
-No lining at all.

Why so different?

'Cause...It was really pretty fabric. (Yes, that's my excuse. I'm lame. TT_TT)
Mother also persuaded me into buying that fabric, and not being accurate. (Honest to God!)
"Just buy this fabric! Why does it have to accurate? It's close enough!"

She said the same thing about Princess Sakura's flame kimono. (I'll start on that later. Like, maybe after I'm done writing this...Or tomorrow)
"Just find a fabric with a close enough pattern! Why does it have to accurate?"

But, for Sakura, I won! I will be accurate! (Only because there's no white fabric with a flame pattern available. Or at my JoAnn's atleast!)

Will I have pictures?

Now? No. Later? Yes.

I do have pictures of just the kimono, without the right obi. But, I won't upload those. Maybe Monday I'll go out and take pictures, providing it doesn't rain. (It probably will now that I have that planned.)

So, I, like, haven't written in forever! How sad. Boo-hoo. BUT, I have updates! Yay!

First-off, Princess Sakura - Prologue Dress: Pictures and costume page are up! Yay! Like I said in my last post, they're completed!

Second-off, Taiwan! OMG, I jumped on the Hetalia bandwagon. I'm in love. Costume page, pictures, and a new "Taiwan only" photo gallery are up. Yay! Anyone going to NYAF? I'll be Taiwan there. Look for me!

Third-off, Moemon/Gijinkas are up! Pictures, gallery, and costume page! Yay! I'm in love with Gastrodons now. Lovelovelove!

Fourth-off, AnimeNEXT is over! Picture gallery is up. Yeah, pictures from all three days. Sad, I know.

Fifth-off, Rosalina, is like, almost done...I think. She needs a tiara, and a luma. Must make a Luma. I'm in love with Lumas, too. Pictures? Probably not for a while. Boo-hoo!

Sixth-off, C.C., I was supposed to wear her, completed, to AnimeNEXT. But, I didn't. I wore this cute Lolita outfit, I bought, instead. So no pictures for now. Boo-hoo!

Seventh-off, Another Princess Sakura cosplay. This (http://tinypic.com/r/156prar/5) as a matter of fact. (I went fabric shopping the other day, and bought fabric for both kimonos.) This is right after C.C.

Eighth-off, NYAF? Yeah, I'll be there. Will you? My next con. No Otakon, no MangaNEXT. (I was so going to go to MangaNEXT this year, but they're not having it this year. I'm so upset. Boo-hoo.) After NYAF? Ubercon, maybe. Anyone going? Gotta talk to my dad 'bout that. Then what? Probably NYCC. Definitely? Don't know. Have to talk to dad, again. And then? AnimeNEXT, for sure.

Ninth-off, Halloween's coming up...In October. Must think of who to wear!! Probably Rosalina. She needs to get out and see the world!!

Tenth-off, School's out! Or, it has been for like, almost a week! Yay! I graduated...from Middle School! Yay! I'll be a high-schooler in September! Yay! And, I'll be going to a Technical school for Fashion! Yay! Now, I have an excuse to sew in school! Yay! Why wasn't this the first thing on my list?

So, that's about it! Updates of what's been done, and what will be done. When will I update next? Don't know, considering my last entry was from two months ago...

Hi ya!

I haven't wirtten something in forever! Horrible, I know...BUT I HAVE UPDATES YAY!!

So, I'm pretty much done with C.C. R2 Black Knights. I just need a pair of white shorts ('cause I'm lazy, and don't feel like making them myself), and maybe more accurate shoes. But otherwise, C.C. IS COMPLETE YAY!

Rosalina, on the other hand, is getting there. There's still a lot of stuff that still has to be done, but its getting there.

Maybe I'll have pictures. I don't know. I still need to upload the pictures of my Country C.C., and need to take pictures of my Proluge!Sakura. AND make costume pages for them! (Won't do that, though, 'till I have me some pictures).

So, like my best-est friendly friend in the whole world (EGL in my AnimeNEXT 2008 Gallery, along with Misa, and Ed Elric in my NYAF 2008 Gallery), and I have decided to make a "twin/duo" cosplay for AnimeNEXT. At first, we had the idea to be Princess Peach and Daisy from the Nintendo franchise, but, I didn't think we'd have enough time or money to fund it. So, we decided on their sports outfits from the sports games, but after talking it over, we have decided on Pokemon (Moemon) gijinka cosplays. GASTRODON EAST SEA/WEST SEA FTW YEAH! I'm really excited about, Wigs are ordered, and we shall be fabric shopping tomorrow YAY! I shall be working on that, which means Rosalina progress shall be pushed back to Moemon fun times.

Hi!

Happy New Year, first off! Let's make 2009 a good year, yes? With my week and a half off from school (Oh, thank god, but unfortunatly, it's coming to an end) I've tried to get my lazy butt up on work on some of my cosplays.

Country C.C. is pretty much complete, I just need a little red hat. Aside from that missing aspect, she's done. I do have pictures, I just have to get Mom to upload them onto her computer, and have her get them to me, and then I'll upload 'em here.

I stopped progress on my White jumpsuite C.C., I don't really have much of a reason; I think the zipper was giving me trouble. I'm not sure if I'll continue it, or if I do, when.

I did, though, buy fabric for C.C. Black Knights, R2 outfit. Hopefully I'll get to work on it soon. It needs to be done for AnimeNEXT 2009.

For the holidays, I got Mario Kart Wii. That's all I've been playing (no, that's a lie, I play that and Animal Crossing:City Folk).And, having a saved game of Super Mario Galaxy on my Wii, Rosalina was quickly unlocked. Even though, my favorite female in the Nintendo universe has always been Princess Daisy, Rosalina kind of knocked Daisy out of the spotlight. In which, I just had to buy some fabric for, and will be starting soon. (Racing with Rosalina, I kick butt!)

Goddess Palutena, scary! I will only make a Palutena cosplay, if I first make all her little trinkets and they aren't fail. If I can succeed, I will then make the rest of the cosplay. But, trinkets first.

Schoolwise, O-M-G. I go back to school on Monday. Monday and Wednesdays, and select weekends I have Winter Guard practice. I have Martin Luther King day off, but Mid-terms the rest of the week. My birthday on Monday, the 26th, and then I have a high-school entrance exam on the 31st. Yay! <end/sarcasm> Nothing's going to get done.
