Finally have all the matrieals for the armour part of my costume. I'm now part way though completion. I just hope it works. Its my first time doing plastic moulding. I've only done four our of the six plates. So far so good. I just hope I don't mess it up.

Its proven quite a trick to work out how all the plates will fit together. Luckerly with Foamex/Sintra plastic its quite easy to adjust. So far its taken me four days. Once all the plates are cut out then its on to sanding, finishing and then painting. I then hope to preview the costume at the Aug TokyoPop Recon at Manchester's Arndale centre.
