Opening up for commissions again! I currently work full time (40 hours a week) therefore I cannot do rush orders, for me a rush order is anything due in less than three months (for more complex costumes even more than three months may be required, this is on a case by case basis). Currently availability: Bookings: December 2014 - Booked January 2015 - Booked February 2015 - Booked March 2015 - Booked April 2015 - Booked May 2015 - Booked June 2015 - Booked July 2015 - Open August 2015 - Open September 2015 - Open October 2015 - Open November 2015 - Open December 2015 - Open How do you get a quote? EMAIL, and I repeat EMAIL, the following information to me at I WILL NOT respond to messages on here, I must keep track of everything and email is the best way. Character Name: Series: Budget: Due Date: Basic Measurements: (Bust, Waist, Hips, Height) (If these are not included I CANNOT give you a quote. Your measurements dictate how much I must purchase in fabric / supplies) Pieces Needed: (Whole Costume? Do you need a wig? Shoes? etc) MINIMUM of three reference images (Please try to include a front, back, and side view of the whole costume. For anything original I need a concrete design showing all of this). ANY email without the above items will get no quote and a reply simply of "Insufficient information". I don't have the extra time to go hunting for this information so please make sure it is included in the initial email. What does a quote get you? When I send you back a quoted price this will include the cost of materials and labor costs for your costume, it WILL NOT include shipping. Keep in mind I work with quality materials with anything I make. I will note that I do look at your budget before I begin the process of itemizing the material costs for the quote for a costume. If your budget is unrealistic I will most likely send you an email stating so and will only go through with an actual quote if you still desire it, I'm just being honest but it helps me to reduce some of the hours spent quoting. I will do my best to stay within your budget but it isn't always possible. A breakdown of commission costs can be obtained upon request. Please give me minimum of a week to respond to your email for a costume quote please. This isn't my full time job. Things I do not do: Props Electronics Fursuits Payment: I require a 25% deposit upfront to cover all material costs. The remaining 75% is due a minimum of two weeks before the commission due date. I do payment plans! So you can pay off your commission over time up to the final due date. Conventions I will be attending next year (I may be able to deliver your commission to you at the following cons if you are attending. If I am flying to the con it will be dependent on the size of the costume): Magfest Katsucon ROFcon PAXEast (flying) Anime Boston Animazement Awesomecon Colossalcon (flying) Otakon Dragoncon (flying) NYCC (bus) If you have any questions feel free to email me at You can see all of my costuming work on Facebook: XxEveillexX Mon, 27 Oct 2014 14:52:23 -0400
