This was a cute little costume I made for school a few years back. The craftsmanship is decent, but it wouldn't survive the washing machine or anything like that. You get the top only, no sash, headband, or whatnot.
Size sm/med, it's pretty free sized.
If you're interested, I can make one in more manga accurate colors for $25 
This costume is sold as-is (though I will iron it before shipping)
