Costume Commission - Rath Costume from Dragon Knights Manga Contact Buyer

Looking for: Looking for someone to make an cosplay outfit for me.
The Character is Rath From Dragon Knights a 26 volume long Manga by Mineko Ohkami.
The Costume is made out of a shirt, a jacket/coat, a pair of gloves, pants, boots, a scarf (thats very long) and a pair of shoulder armor.
The pants I can buy myself.
I also have 8 reference pictures.
