Looking to buy a Miku Vocaloid costume, looking for complete set only (shoes/covers, mike/headphone, wig, arm warmers, skirt, shirt and tie). I'm a little flexible on the shoes as I think I could make those myself, however the cover/thigh highs must be included. Reference pictures:

I'm flexible on materials used (but would like to know what the quote includes) and am looking for the set for under $200 with shipping. I see a lot on eBay, but would rather go through a more trustes source. Also, I have a rather tight deadline of Otakon (July 16th).
Please reply with references as I've been taken before and will take steps to make sure that doesn't happen again. Thank you!

Uh yeah, I'd stick to eBay if I were you. A month (realistically less with communication/shipping time) isn't enough time for any commissioner worth their salt to complete a whole costume and complicated wig like that, and $200 won't go far either, most wig commissioners would charge at least $100 just for a wig like that, given it's length and it's need for wefts and back parting.
I'd expect to pay to at least $150 just for the outfit and boot covers, not getting into the headset, which is an entirely different skill set, so you should keep in mind many costume commissioners won't be comfortable with creating that part. An accurate, well made headset alone could cost well over $50, so I think for the whole set, $200 with this timeline especially is incredibly unrealistic.
We're into the busiest part of con season here, most reputable commissioners will charge a sizable rush fee for orders not placed 2 months in advance. If I were you, I'd be incredibly suspicious of anyone who says they can do it for that price and make your deadline.
