I'm hoping to commission a Final Fantasy White Mage robe, preferably before mid-July of this year, the end of July at the very latest. I'm hoping for something along these lines:

I'd like it to either hook or button in the front, with an adjustable cinch in the back, if possible, and I'd not need a belt. I'd need about a womens' size 20-22. I'd like the robe to be roughly ankle-length. No belt needed.
If possible, I would also like a matching ankle-length drawstring skirt to wear underneath, a skirt with a wide sweep.
Can such a thing be made, within this time? I also need to know roughly how much it would cost, since my budget is strict.
