Hi I'm looking for the tunic part of Hikaru/Kaorus cheshire cats costumes from episode 13 or Ouran HSHC.

Thats a pic of what it looks like.
I'm just looking for the purple stripped tunic/dress part of the costume not the whole costume. And possibly the tail too? If you could give me seperate prices on both those it be great. The tunic should be loose fitting not tight since its cinched at the waist by a belt (which I don't need). Also it should fall about mid thigh/ a few inches above the knee based on the episode.
I'm 5'1 in height
Bust: 37 in
Waist: 32 in
Hips: 38 in
I dont know if measurments help when figuring price or not. I'm not looking to spend a lot e.e its just that I have looked every where online and in stores for something like this that I could alter and I have had no luck, this is my last resort xD.
Also if you have a used one (or something like it) from a cosplay you did and are willing to sell let me know, since buying used it usually cheaper then having it comissioned.

I think I need to clear a few things up on this lol
I am not looking for quality on this, I'm looking for it to be done as cheaply as possible. Its for a 1 day cosplay picnic not even a con. So for all I care it could be two shirts sewn together as long as it is long enough and doesn't look like a cut and paste project.
Also I'm looking into doing this same method myself at the moment its just that no store near me or online seems to have purple striped shirts in my size or has more then one of them for a reasonable price >>; damn u walmart and ur out of stockness! xD
