The pattern on this is fantastic. Parts of the roses are semi-opaque, meaning you should wear a blouse or cami, and a slip or light colored petticoat, under this ^^. This makes the "shaded" portions of the dress darker. The dress feels like a coton poplin, & has trim details on the front. The front opening buttons up, & there is an attached sash to conceal the elastic waist. Just gorgeous, sweet & light!
