Hello. I'm not requesting a commission JUST yet, but I would like a quote, if you wouldn't mind. I am planning on going as Damon Gant from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and I have the majority of his outfit done already. However, the Suit Jacket is all I need to get the major worry off of my chest.

Now, All I need is the suit jacket. Preferably in the same color, but if you can do it in a dyeable fabric in white or off-white, that would be fine as well.
OPTIONAL:
There are two optional parts of the suit jacket. I am planning on making the buttons myself later, so that's not necessary. If you wish to add them at no additional cost (by some miracle), that would be great.
Also, the black fabric that lines the pocket and the cuffs are also optional as they are easy to alter. If you wish to add them in at no additional expense, that would be great.
WHAT I DON'T NEED: What I don't need is the undershirt, his tie clasp, or his tie. I also do not need the slacks.
So, with all of this in mind, I am a suit size 54, but I can go 56 if need be.
How much would it be for me to commission this suit from you guys? I can shell out $60, but $100 is my absolute maximum.
