Hi, is anyone willing to buy me heavy cotton or heavy cotton twill from any store they live close to that has heavy black cotton for my cosplay? I am willing to pay exactly the amount they bought it for, plus tax and of course shipping, but will need a receipt for proof. If anyone is willing, I would like to discuss the prices and what not.
