The vest looks like it be real cheap to make and take a skilled person 1-2 hours to do, of course i'm not a cosplay costume maker, so i don't really know how hard or easy it be.
Is there anybody that could make that vest and that it wouldn't cost that much? Also arm guards as well if anybody can make those, but if just vest that's fine. I'm on a tight tight budget.
I'm working on finding online patterns and directions for both of them. I have no skills though, but figured if i found patterns and stuff it help commissioner get things done easier and faster.
Are there any experienced Anbu costume makers with lots of experience of making anbu stuff?
I would prefer somebody local in Virginia in driving distance to save from shipping but i'm open to all states depending on how much it cost and what it looks like. This would be my 2nd cosplay ever, i'm new to cosplaying.
However since the material the cosplayers told me cost $12 max and labor is like an hour, im not looking to pay to much for something that takes an hour to make, so hopfully i'll be offered a good commisioned price.
