This top is in Fair condition. Worn once at Katsucon 2007. I'm only asking for material cost and shipping. I'm doing spring cleaning and need to get rid of somethings. the top is about a size 10 -12. Casa Fabric fulling lined and hand painted designs. Velcros in the front. shipping to the US, if out of the US more shipping is needed
