This costume is in great condition, barely worn. Pictures on how it looks on a person are in the gallery.
The shirt is a size XL in boys which can fit me ( a medium sized female) and a small male (maybe even a medium male), and the pants are mens 32 x 29, and the belt is a size small. I am a size medium to large in shirts and a size 6-8 in bottoms and the clothing fit well. The tie of course fits anyone.
The death note is included as well as the necklace that came with the book.
Costume comes with all items pictured. This includes:
