I am looking for someone that can make a white spell costume for Shouichi Irie off of Katekyo Hitman Reborn.

Looking for someone to make:

-Coat (with snaps and buckles)
-Pants
-Shoulder Armor
-Pin

Will negotiate appropriate prices for materials and work.
