Would it be difficult/have enough hair to put this wig into a high-ponytail? And to add/cut bangs into them?

to void - no ponytail you gotta do add extensions if you want ponytail and it's a lot of trouble

milk- yes it does the bang goes below the chin so you can cut it to the length you want ~
