Looking for: I am getting estimates on this cosplay. I need it as cheap as possible. The items absolutely needed are the headdress, necklace, Tiger Racket, and possibly sleeves. I could attempt the dress myself, with help from my mother. But if I can get it for cheap, the dress too.
