I used to make commissions under the business Cygne Noir, but since have had to limit activity due to school and other work. I now take a few commissions monthly under my usual coscom name.
I offer competative rates - $10/hour. It may seem like a lot, but I work quickly. I am especially proud of my ability to choose proper materials that are comfortable, easy to care for, translate well to photos, and are relevant to the character (no crush velvet Sailor Moons from me!). I have a serger and finish seams for quality purposes.
Out of the dozens of commissions I've done, I've had two complaints (that I know about), both of which were resolved. I respond to emails quickly and have had no customer service complaints. Any issues with fit or construction you are not happy about that can be fixed, I am happy to adjust for free if you ship it back.
I do NOT do props - no weapons of any sort - or wigs. I do however do some jewelry, shoes, and small wings, and will probably experiment with armor in the future.

Hello !
If you have the time i was wondering if you could give me a quote for a commission!
I need snake- from metal gear solid 1's vest. just the vest, it would need to be simple sturdy fabric, and i would like to have muscles sewn in like this cosplayer - http://www.cosplay.com/costume/30710/
i do not need it until july , so i hope thats plenty of time. I dont plan on going higher than $100, but shoot your price range at me, i will supply fabric and materials if needed as well, thank you so much !
