Description: This hat has never been worn! I bought it about 2 years ago and never got around to cosplaying Chopper. It's excellent quality. Made by Anime Heads, this hat is in perfect condition.


The price only includes shipping to the US. I take payment through PayPal, but I can only take PayPal payments from a bank account or an existing PayPal balance (no credit cards through PayPal, my account isn't set up for it.)
