Red skirt and Yellow top (Base for an Anzu cosplay)

Looking for:
I'm looking for A yellow tank top and red skirt for Anzu's first Battle city outfit. I prefer for the top to have the black trim but it doesn't have too. Plus I would like for it to have a turtle neck to it. For the skirt I just ask for no denim and no corduroy. Belt loops are a plus. So pm me if you have anything for me. Oh and if anyone has a pair of size 3 1/2 or 6 1/2 white knee high boots. Those would be appreciated as well.
