Ok so this costume piece was actually bought to be a top to a Lei Feng costume form Dead or alive. but it was never actually made into one. So it is still in all its actual dress form.
This dress is a size 16 it says and..\. I don't really know how because the dress fits me and a am usually a size 4-5 in regular terms so it is probably either a kid size or Chinese measurements.
