This is a replica of the shirt worn by the "S" Orchestra from Nodame Cantabile. I made the unfortunate mistake of making the transfer before trying on the shirt, and sadly, the shirt does not fit me. -.-'
The shirt size is an ADULT S, shirt made by Hanes. To give you an idea of the fitting--I usually wear a large in juniors, and it was a wee bit tight. I have not washed it at all.
I used these iron-on transfer sheets to make the shirt: http://www.shopatron.com/product/product_id=JUTJT-855/175.0.2002.9490.0.0.0
Because they were made specifically for dark shirts, the white lettering shows up okay, but the transfer area is a little more obvious. Also, since I did use the iron-on sheets, I'm not sure how well they'd hold up in the wash...
Anyway, the $12 takes into account the materials I used (cost of the shirt was $6), packaging (padded mailer), and shipping.
