By late August. I'd like a quote on 3 seperate items of the uniform including: Jacket, skirt, shirt.
Reason for being: I may just only want the jackets made. We are on a rather tight budget.
NOTE: I'd prefer someone that has expierianced this cosplay, due to the fact that I have seen this done terrible many times. Although if confidant...
