I have a really mistreated copy of Fruits Basket - V.14 as well. Inside is perfect, but the cover front and back got torn up fierce. If you want pics, just ask. Otherwise, if anyone is interested in it, $1.
*Book Guard is a thick, see thru plastic covering put on the front of the books to prolong life and supposedly to keep any spills from ruining the books It doesn't interfere with the reading of said book, and if anything keeps the spines looking nicer longer. It's also easy to clean up. I have a few of these in my collection, and they do cost more. At least though, I know that it'll keep on holding up well no matter how many times I read it.
