Seras Victoria-Hellsing Manga uniform
this costume is based off of the manga volume 2 cover. made in winter of 2006, so it is 2 years old and the OVA has come out since.
Costume Includes:
Top and skirt. made from Country Classic Solid and lined in Sun-line silky linings.
Based on the hellsing manga cover for a masquerade competition, WORN ONCE!
A GREAT STARTER COSTUME!
Measurements:
I wore it with a corset, so my 44D bust was amplified to a 48D it can expand to a 52" bust or C-D-and larger sizes for the more endowed ladies.
38" Waist can expand to a 44". (I cinched it with a belt)
45" hips can expand to 52"
this does not include the patches or the belt.
