That is a beautiful sowrd and i would love to make it. I usually make my swords out of MDF board so it has strength and is able to hold the details. I always primer my projects and sand between coats of paint so you will get a nice metallic shine to it once the final coat of paint goes on it. i also coat my projects with lacquer to help with paint chipping, Since this sowrd has a lot of detail in it I would charge $100 us dollars for it. I have looked into shipping as well and depending on when you need the prop will depend on the shipping rate.
