I comissioned this costume last year from Doyea_MJ (ebay site now defunct, I believe >_<) for a New Years Ball that my local convention held. As such it's only been worn once.
The dress is in great condition, and is made from a very thick silk I believe (Not the shiny cheap stuff) the only real flaw I can think of is the ribbon on the choker is held on by a safety pin (it came this way) and there's some minor fraying to the small ribbons.
Size: This is slightly difficult, in general the costume did feel a bit TOO big on me, however it does have a lace up back, so it was adjustable. However I had to pull the laces rather tight.
