I am looking for a wig commissioner who can make me a wig for Felicia, the cat woman from the series Darkstalkers. Reference pictures are below.

I am looking for it to be light/teal blue, not dark blue please. I am also looking for it to be about shoulder/mid back length. I want volume, Yes Texas hair. I also would like the chunk styled in the front similar. I do not want the 2 single pieces that hang down.

I am looking for this wig for Otakon in August of this year.
