I'm not sure of the actual dimensions, but I'm a size small and this fits me, and I'm betting it would fit a size medium as well , since the fabric of the dress is stretchy. It would fit about an A-B cup.
Costume comes with all items pictured, so you could use it for either Advent Children or the video game version. This includes:

Hey I've been looking everywhere for this costume! My sister needs one for Momocon 09. We have a very limited budget, considering we have to buy four costumes, and I was wondering if there was anyway you could do like $50.00, then tax?
