if you want an exact metal replica and are willing to pay $150, just go to master replicas and get one. no one is going to commission one for you.

My boyfriend has a metal kingdom hearts keyblade. But the only thing that is wrong with it is that it got some paint chips from the mickey mouse chain. Because he brought it to AX 2007 with him and the chain kept swinging around [its metal too] and it chipped some parts. But it still looks really good. To me, it looks like a replica of Sora's keyblade. For the shipping part, I dont know how much it will cost for that. Its about 8 lbs heavy and I'm not sure how tall it is. But its a really good height for a keyblade. Let me find a couple of pictures of it on my brother's computer in a bit. Because my computer doesnt have our AX pics. I wouldnt know what kind of box/or where to find a box that would fit the keyblade. But yeah.. I'll look for the pictures. And let me know if you are interested ^___^
