This was for my cousin's Inner Sakura costume and I WAAAAAAAAY overestimated. It's very shiny and ranges from bright red to almost orangish with flash. It's rather thin but very smooth. Matte bamboo pattern. Pictures of her Sakura costume in my Gallery.
I'm not 100% sure how much I have, but it's not over 3 yards so let me know if you're interested and I'll take precise measurements!
