Description:
|
I do work for very large scaled props, and some medium sized ones. As you can see from the images, I have a range of things I am willing to create. Many of my works require 50-200 man hours of time to lovingly create, and are done with careful attention to detail. Each piece I do gets more skill behind my work, and adds to the strength and beauty of the next piece.
Please understand the following before you try to submit a reply to this ad:
1) Either I must be coming to a convention to give you this prop in person, or you must foot the bill for it to be shipped. Some props are VERY large (Demyx's Sitar weighs in at about 10-15 pounds and stands 6 feet tall) and would be very difficult (and expensive) or sometimes impossible to ship. I live on the East Coast and go to four cons a year: Katsucon, Otakon, Anime Next, and Nekocon. I can deliver to anywhere around Northeast Pennsylvania, Reading, and Philadelphia for gas-fees as well.
2) These are not your average, cheap props. Gaara's gourd, featured in the image above, weighs in at 12 pounds and has survived falling down a flight of stairs. It cannot be (easily) damaged and has a true sand-texture on the outside, is accurate to its owner's height and body size. Demyx's Sitar has a removable front panel and within the sitar are speakers and an iPod so the Sitar will actually play music. Gaara's gourd clocked in at about $200USD in pure materials and 200 man hours of labor, and Demyx's sitar (minus the speakers and iPod) clocked in at about $100USD of materials and a whooping 300 man hours of time.
3) I love the extreme and unusual. I will take very, very few commissions during a year (no more then 2-3). I am honest to a fault about what I will and will not do, what I believe it will take to create a prop, and how much time and money.
4) I have done work for such things as Axel's chakrams, Zexion's book, Naruto-style kunai, Tenten's weapon summoning scrolls, and more, so I am not limited to only the huge-scale props. These types of items are more likely to be easily (or more easily) shippable across country.
If you would like to talk shop about the prop you'd like created, please don't hesitate to reply to this ad. I will happily discuss in-depth detail on MSN, AIM, GChat, or Email.
Please please give me details about the prop you would like created when you send me an email. Some reference pictures would be nice so I can get a good look at it, and what you are hoping to achieve.

Any way you might be able to give me an estimate on an automail arm, if you can do that? Lots of people have turned me down due to the joint problem. I want to be able to move in this...^^

Hello! I am very interested in a Lexicon (Zexion's Book), and I would love to have one done by you. I live close to PA, and I would be willing to pick it up if it was heavy...
