The bag does not come with the book, however if you buy both of them I will combine the price to $30. I don't have an amazon account, how about ebay?

If you have paypal, we don't have to use amazon or ebay, just give me your paypal address so I may invoice it, and your shipping address so that I may calculate shipping to your place  I can send it out as soon as I get payment.
