I got these pants for my little brother for a Naruto Cosplay. He has since decided that he doesn't want to cosplay as Naruto anymore. My mom was going throw them out, but I couldn't possibly see such a good pair of bright orange pants go to waste. The size says "Girl's 14," but I can wear them and I'm a Junior's 5. Nobody any bigger than a five is going to fit in them I'd imagine, but they do have some wiggle room. It just basically depends on how long you want them to be. On me, they come to upper mid calf but on a smaller person they would be a bit longer. They have cargo pockets, but on the butt there is a little patch that says "Limited Too, Inc." It could be easily removed with a seam ripper.
